As a Senior Hairdresser, you’ll be responsible for cutting and colouring hair, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Your role involves maintaining a high level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.

Additionally, you’ll contribute to the positive atmosphere of our salon and support our team in achieving our goals.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting and colouring services to the highest standard.
• Provide excellent customer service, including consultation and recommending suitable hair treatments.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and harmonious work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing through ongoing training and education.
  
  

About You

As the ideal candidate for this role, you are a fully competent and confident Senior Hairdresser with a minimum of 3 years of experience on the floor. You possess strong skills in both cutting and colouring techniques and are self-motivated with a proven track record in rebooking, retail sales, and client satisfaction. You are well-spoken, well-presented, and a team player with a positive attitude. Your eagerness to grow both professionally and personally, coupled with your punctuality, professionalism, and honesty, makes you an excellent fit for our team.  You’ll have strong interest in fashion and trends across the board.  Compassionate, self-awareness, engaging within your team, management you’ll possess a degree of leadership, to mentor and assist all team members to excel in a happy and nurturing environment.
